The 'Terroir de Saint Alban' is a blend of 50% Altesse and 50% Jacquere. The wine was pressed directly off its skins, then ⅔ were aged in stainless steel while ⅓ was aged in barrique. This white blend from the Savoie boasts the freshness of an Alpine spring, and is lovingly crafted by Mathieu and Camille Apfel.
- Mathieu and Camile have been producing wine in the Savoie - a wine region in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes - since 2013.
- Their vines are planted in 3-hectares, and range from 30 to 70 years of age.
- The couple are in the process of converting the estate to organic viticulture and use biodynamic methods as well.
Vibes with:
- Game of tag in the woods.
- Fall heatwaves.
- A plate of figs.
